Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation bar. You can register with your email address or sign in with Google. Once registered, you can immediately start browsing free content on the platform.

Use the "Discover" page to explore series and films by genre, popularity, or creator. You can also visit individual creator profiles to see their complete catalog. The first episodes of most series are free to watch without an account.

Navigate to any premium episode and click the unlock button, or visit your Dashboard to purchase token packs directly. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Click on any series or film card to open the watch page. Free episodes play immediately. Premium episodes require tokens to unlock -- once unlocked, they remain accessible on your account permanently.

When you navigate to a premium episode, you will see a token cost displayed. Click the unlock button and confirm the purchase. The tokens will be deducted from your balance, and the episode will be available for unlimited replays.

First, check your internet connection speed. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD playback. Try refreshing the page or clearing your browser cache. If issues persist, try a different browser. You can also adjust video quality in the player settings. Contact support if the problem continues.

Visit the "Apply to Create" page from the main navigation or footer. Complete the application form with your background, portfolio samples, and a description of the content you plan to create. Our team reviews applications within 5-7 business days.

Once approved as a creator, access your Creator Studio from the dashboard. Click "New Video" to start the upload process. You can upload individual movies or create multi-episode series. We support MP4, MOV, and WebM formats up to 4K resolution.

Your Creator Studio includes a dedicated Earnings page with real-time analytics. You can see total revenue, per-episode performance, token redemptions, and payout history. Detailed breakdowns by time period and content are also available.

Creator payouts are processed monthly. Once your balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold, funds are transferred to your connected bank account or payment method. You can view payout schedules and history in the Payout section of your Creator Studio.

Tokens are the currency used to unlock premium content on Aiscenix. You purchase tokens with real currency, then spend them to access individual episodes or films. Token prices vary by content and creator tier. Once content is unlocked, it stays unlocked on your account.

We offer several token packs at different price points to fit your viewing habits. Visit the token purchase page in your Dashboard for current pricing. Larger packs offer better per-token value.

Tokens are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing unlocked content, please contact our support team within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue, including issuing token credits if appropriate.

Click "Sign In," then select "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address and we will send a password reset link. The link expires after 24 hours for security purposes.

You can request account deletion from the Settings page in your Dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your profile, viewing history, and any remaining token balance. Creator accounts must first resolve any pending payouts before deletion.
